ARUtils - WorkShared User provides all the functionality of ARUtils - User as well as "revision tracking" of your Revit Project. For more information about different versions check out the version comparison document.

Subscription entitles you to all updates for the next year. ARUtils - Workshared User can be run in Revit 2012 onwards.

Licenses can be standalone or networked. The choice is yours.
